We booked this because of the spa facilities as it was a winter break. Initially they charged 10E each to use the facility a lot of the equipment wasn’t working though although the pool sauna and steam room were but the majority of the time the various jacuzzis weren’t. A man came and fixed them and then they said the charge was 17.50E each which were never told about so we used it less then. The budget room was quite roomy.

I would like to highlight the exceptional staff, from the reception (welcoming, helpful and efficient) to the cleaners who were always smiling and polite, to the restaurant staff, similarly friendly and helpful, joking with the children, and patient with all our requests. Everyone who worked there seems genuinely pleased to see us. The cooking was also flagged as excellent by my mother in law, who has high standards!

The staff are a credit to this hotel. Every one of them work extremely hard to keep everything to a high standard. From the reception, the restaurant guys, the bar staff and the groundsman working outside on hot days to keep the outdoor and pool area pristine. Your work did not go unnoticed. Thank you. We have stayed a couple of years running and will be returning next May.

The room was nice and comfortable, we had a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast had great offer and the food was really nice. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, everything was great! The hotel is very nicely located within walking distance from the beach and restaurantes
